Position Overview

Infor Off Campus Recruitment 2024 As a Software Engineer Associate at Infor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving customer-reported issues and supporting the development and improvement of Infor’s Robotic Process Automation (RPA) product. This role is ideal for recent graduates with strong problem-solving skills, a foundation in software development, and a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities

Customer Issue Resolution: Review and investigate customer-reported issues, offering timely and effective solutions.
Product Support: Collaborate with the product development team to resolve technical challenges and contribute to product enhancements.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of customer issues and solutions, and contribute to knowledge base articles.
Testing: Conduct tests to replicate and validate reported issues, ensuring product reliability and effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with development, QA, and customer support teams to drive product quality and improve customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
