Responsibilities

Work as an SDET for SOTI products, managing testing and quality assurance for software releases.
Create and implement feature files and tests using BDD frameworks.
Review code and identify gaps in implementing BDD.
Perform code reviews and gap analyses to enhance the testing framework.
Manage regression testing and streamline release cycles.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA teams, and Scrum Masters for end-to-end product testing.
Lead technical training sessions to improve team skills.
Participate in Agile rituals like Sprint Planning, Grooming, and Demos, and provide timely feedback to leadership on product quality.

Requirements

Must-Have Skills

0–1 year of experience in software development and testing.
