Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement data analytics solutions using Python, with a focus on automation and visualization
• Work on ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, leveraging Python for data manipulation and preparation
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI
• Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and build customized analytics solutions
• Ensure data integrity and quality through validation, cleaning, and preprocessing techniques
• Document workflows, processes, and analytics methodologies for knowledge sharing
• Stay updated on emerging trends in data analytics, machine learning, and visualization technologies
• Educate business users on data analytics tools and best practices
• Assist in business development initiatives, including proposal preparation and stakeholder presentations

Education Qualification

• BE/BTech, BSc, MSc, BCA, MCA in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, or related fields
• Minimum 60% aggregate in academics (No active backlogs)

Required Skills

• Strong foundational knowledge of Python for data analysis (NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn)
• Familiarity with Power BI for data visualization and reporting
• Basic understanding of SQL and relational database concepts
• Analytical mindset with the ability to process, interpret, and present complex data
• Problem-solving skills with a proactive and results-driven approach
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience in academic projects or internships involving Python, SQL, or Power BI
• Knowledge of cloud-based data analytics tools (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Exposure to machine learning concepts and libraries like Scikit-learn
