Responsibilities

• Assist in the end-to-end Procure to Pay (P2P) process to ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions.
• Utilize Oracle Fusion Financials to manage procurement and financial data.
• Support the finance and accounting team in maintaining accurate records and reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve procurement and payment-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in procurement activities.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Support reconciliation of accounts payable transactions.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
