Key Responsibilities
Assist with screening resumes and scheduling interviews
Support coordination of interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Engage with stakeholders throughout the recruitment process
Maintain candidate dashboards, follow-ups, and status tracking
Learn internal HR software and recruitment tools
Understand and assist with full-cycle recruitment activities
Work with recruiters to update reports and collect candidate information
Collaborate with multiple teams and rotate through HR divisions for exposure
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Strong communication skills – written and verbal
Proficiency in MS Office / G Suite
Detail-oriented and effective at interview scheduling and coordination
Interest in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Strong multi-tasking and time management abilities
Willingness to work full-time from Airbus Bangalore premises
