Role Overview – Associate Consultant (SAP APO
YASH Technologies is looking to hire SAP APO – PPDS professionals to join its Digital & Transformation team. As an Associate Consultant, you will support IT-enabled business solutions with a focus on Demand Planning, SNP, PPDS, and production support activities.
This role is ideal for early-career professionals (0–3 years experience) looking to build a strong foundation in SAP APO and S/4HANA environments.

Key Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
Develop a basic understanding of organizational vision and business processes to support planning and operations teams
Assist in documenting and translating business requirements into clear user stories
Apply standard best practices to identify requirements and support solution design under guidance
Support Agile sprint teams with configuration, testing, and documentation using Azure DevOps and JIRA
Assist in delivering system functionalities aligned with user stories and functional specifications
Provide day-to-day system support and routine maintenance while adhering to company policies and compliance requirements (SOX, FDA GMP)
Support APO and Planning integration teams with issue tracking, monitoring system activities, and monthly operational tasks
Project & Documentation Support
Assist in SAP APO on S/4HANA and PPDS implementations, including configuration, data validation, testing, and user training
Create and maintain system documentation such as SOPs, work instructions, and job aids
Follow ERP change control processes and assist in tracking and documenting system changes

Education Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (Required)
OR Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems (Required)
Work Experience
0 to 3 years of relevant experience preferred
Freshers with strong SAP APO knowledge may also be considered
Preferred Skills & Certifications
- Basic knowledge of SAP APO (Demand Planning, SNP, PPDS)
Understanding of Agile & Scrum methodologies
Familiarity with Azure DevOps, JIRA
Strong analytical and documentation skills
Good communication and collaboration abilities
Preferred Certification:
Certified Scrum Developer (CSD) – Preferred upon hire
