Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in development, training, and evaluation of AI/ML models
Support data pipelines and dataset preparation for model building
Help deploy models into production ensuring scalability & reliability
Write clean, efficient, well-documented Python code
Participate in PoCs, research, and AI framework learning
Collaborate with data engineering, product, and domain teams
Support GenAI applications (LangChain, LangGraph, Crew.ai – good to have)
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
Follow MLOps best practices, version control, and testing

Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning fundamentals
- Knowledge of AI Model Engineering
- Programming skills in Python / Java / C++
- Familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
- Understanding of at least one domain:
- NLP
- Computer Vision
- Generative AI
- Deep Learning
- Good grasp of DSA & problem-solving
- Basic knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) is a plus
- Strong foundation in Maths (Statistics, Probability, Linear Algebra)
Educational Qualification
B.E./B.Tech in CSE / IT / ECE / EEE / AI-ML / Data Science or related fields
M.Tech / MS (optional)
Strong AI/ML academic projects are a big plus

Experience with Flask / FastAPI / Django
Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, MLOps tools
