Program Overview – Engineer in Training (EIT)
Rockwell Automation hires engineering fresh graduates (2025 batch) under its Engineer in Training (EIT) program. This is a structured 1-year training program that includes:
Classroom training
Job rotations across multiple engineering functions
Opportunity to choose your career path after training
Initially, candidates report to the Regional Training Business Manager (AP). After completing the program, they transition into a chosen functional role.
