Position Overview – Process Executive
HCLTech is hiring fresh graduates for Process Executive roles in backend and customer support operations. This role is ideal for candidates who want to start their career in the IT & BPO industry with real-time work exposure, training, and growth opportunities.
You will be responsible for handling customer interactions, managing backend operations, and maintaining system data accuracy while following company guidelines.

- Handle customer queries via inbound and outbound calls
- Perform backend operations and data processing
- Maintain system records with high accuracy
- Follow SOPs and quality guidelines
- Meet daily productivity and performance targets
- Work in rotational shifts (day/night)
- Ensure smooth communication with customers
