Position Overview
Accenture Off Campus Drive 2025 As an Associate Software Engineer in Packaged App Development, you will play a crucial role in designing, building, testing, and maintaining technology solutions that enhance Accenture’s clients’ operations. You will support client needs from analysis through to implementation, creating scalable solutions in challenging environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Application Development: Design, build, assemble, and configure applications based on business requirements.
- Performance and Optimization: Understand business drivers that impact performance and deliver solutions aligned with technology trends.
- Automation and Innovation: Participate in developing and integrating automation solutions, new functionalities, and technologies into existing applications.
- Customer Support: Provide incident resolution and support to customers via voice interaction, email, chat, or remote assistance.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Create test designs, scenarios, cases, and data; analyze results and document observations.
- Infrastructure Support: Support IT production systems, manage operations, and oversee delivery processes.
- Flexibility: Willingness to relocate for project deployment across India and work in 24/7 shifts based on business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Education:
- B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech or MCA/MSc (CS/IT/Computer Applications/Data Science) – any year of pass-out up to 2024.
- Experience:
- 0-23 months of full-time experience. Candidates with experience exceeding this are not eligible.
- Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with ABAP Development on HANA, CDS, AMDP, and performance analysis.
- Knowledge or experience in Salesforce.com configuration and customization, J2EE, full-stack development, and .NET (ASP.NET/ASP.NET MVC).
- Experience in test automation and test data preparation.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly and take ownership of project success.
- Eligibility Requirements:
- No active backlogs during application/onboarding.
- Should not have appeared in Accenture’s recruitment process within the last 3 months.
- Indian citizenship required (Bhutan and Nepal nationals exempt from needing a work visa).
