Position Overview
Role: Associate Web Developer

The Associate Web Developer will focus on providing technical expertise, process improvements, and enhancing internal database applications. This role involves designing and implementing web solutions, collaborating with teams, and ensuring efficient systems that simplify business processes.
Responsibilities
- Analyze Business Requirements: Translate business needs into clear software specifications.
- Database Enhancements: Assist in developing specifications and improvements for internal database applications.
- Web Application Development: Design and implement intuitive, multi-featured web applications, including user interfaces, forms, and underlying technical solutions.
- Application Integration: Develop programming to interface with other systems.
- Technical Documentation: Assist in creating detailed technical documentation.
- Collaborative Development: Work in a team environment to meet project deadlines and objectives.
- Software Testing: Conduct thorough testing of software applications to ensure quality and performance.
- Data Management: Optimize queries, manage large data sets, and handle data exports (e.g., CSV, PDFs).
- Support Initiatives: Provide programming/IT support for customer experience projects.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
Experience:
- Fresher or up to 1 year of programming experience in:
- C#
- .NET
- React.js
Preferred Skills:
- Technologies: MVC, SQL Server, and frameworks like Angular, Blazor, or similar.
- UI Tools: Experience with tools like Bootstrap.
- Project Management: Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies is an advantage.
- DevOps: Azure DevOps experience is preferred.
Other Skills:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in web use, Outlook, and Microsoft Office applications.
