- Develop, test, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable software
Use scientific and analytical methods to approach complex engineering challenges
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
Optimize application performance and ensure software quality
Contribute to the full software lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
Provide support to junior engineers and participate in peer reviews
Innovate continuously and bring original thinking to software development practices
Follow and evolve best coding practices, documentation standards, and technical workflows

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or equivalent
Technical Skills:
Strong command over programming languages like Java, C++, Python, or C#
Proficiency in Data Structures, Algorithms, and OOP concepts
Experience with full-stack development is a plus
Familiarity with software engineering methodologies, version control (Git), and CI/CD tools
Knowledge of software lifecycle, from architecture to deployment
