Position Description
We are looking for a Java Full Stack Developer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in core Java, Spring, AWS Services, Microservices development, and Angular.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software solutions using Java, Spring, Angular, RESTful APIs, and AWS services.
Participate actively in the product development life cycle, applying standard methodologies and contributing to the design and development process.
Provide production support on a rotational basis.
Engage in technical discussions, influence architectural decisions, and recommend optimal solutions.
Promote best practices in software design, engineering quality, and security.
Write and maintain application features and automated tests (unit, integration, functional, etc.).
Support CI/CD pipeline maintenance and improvement.
Collaborate with team members to enhance test coverage, release velocity, and production stability.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to Scrum team deliverables.
Take ownership of features from concept to deployment, collaborating cross-functionally.
Continuously learn new technologies and contribute innovative ideas to improve products and processes.
Experience with Genesys is a plu

- Strong proficiency in developing and engineering large, complex systems.
Experience with multi-processing, parallel computing, and low-latency programming.
Expertise in performance tuning, profiling, and memory modeling (JVM tuning).
Skilled in handling structured and unstructured data.
Strong knowledge of system programming in Java.
Experience with streaming data handling (Topics, WebSockets, Queues).
Proven ability to deliver high-quality software through automation.
Proficiency with version control systems and managing multiple releases.
Familiarity with Agile and test-driven development methodologies.
Experience in financial markets is an added advantage.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt across the technology stack.
Excellent collaboration, communication, and mentorship skills.
A strong sense of ownership, productivity, and innovation.
Expertise in public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
