Execute development projects individually and in teams
Work with trading desks on tools and systems for trade lifecycle support
Drive full project lifecycles: requirement gathering → design → deployment
Perform research to evaluate technologies for long-term adoption
Resolve production issues related to application logic and data
Review and refine code quality, system performance, and reliability
Mentor junior team members and participate in peer reviews
