Job Overview –Associate Analyst / Analyst
Join the team providing dedicated content management support to the UK Digital team, delivering quality and timely page builds and updates to the corporate website and associated external and internal digital platforms.
Professionals with strong technical knowledge of content management systems (preferably Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)) and HTML, along with an interest in user experience (UX), analytics, and content operations, are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily support for content postings and page updates on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Manage deployment, maintenance, and development cycle of websites using AEM.
Ensure content is updated, relevant, and optimized for user engagement and SEO.
Implement and modify website layouts/interfaces using HTML and Adobe Photoshop.
Follow established document workflow standards for publishing and processing content.
Apply online brand guidelines consistently.
Collaborate with content creators and stakeholders to maintain accurate and engaging online presence.
Build industry and services knowledge of Deloitte.
Improve user experience (UX) and user journey across digital platforms.
Respond to stakeholder queries on web platform performance.
Utilize Adobe Analytics to track performance metrics and generate reports.
Analyze data trends to recommend improvements.
Test new functionalities and report issues.
Support publishing pipeline and manage web inquiries.
Align with global campaigns and initiatives.

Qualification, Skills and Experience Requirements
Required:
Graduates or PGs (Marketing specialization preferred)
0–3 years of experience in content management, digital marketing tools, data analysis and reporting
Basic knowledge of CMS tools (Adobe Experience Manager preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint; basic Excel advantage)
Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
Preferred:
