Job Overview
We are looking for a QA Tester to assess software quality through manual and functional testing. You will be responsible for testing software applications, finding, and reporting bugs and glitches.
In this role, you should have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills. If you are also competent in executing test cases and are passionate about quality, we’d like to meet you.
Ultimately, you will ensure that our products, applications, and systems work correctly.

Application Responsibilities
- Review and analyze system specifications.
- Collaborate with team to develop effective test strategies, test plans, and requirement traceability matrices.
- Design and Execute test cases, analyze test results.
- Evaluate product code according to requirements and business specifications.
- Create logs to document testing phases and defects.
- Report test results and ensure that bugs are properly identified, tracked, documented, and fixed.
- Prepare and share test reports with management and team.
- Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Requirements and skills
- Years of Experience: 0-2 years in IT
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role in Cloud applications
- Solid understanding of the software development process, including requirement gathering, analysis/design, development tools/technologies, release management/version control, contemporary testing methodologies and deployment management
- Working knowledge on SaaS and Cloud
- Experience in defect management, QA process, and methodology
- Experience working in fast paced Agile environments with working knowledge of Scrum principles and methodologies.
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
- Working knowledge of test management software (e.g. ALM, JIRA, Azure DevOps) and SQL
- Excellent communication skills, written & speaking.
- Attention to detail.
- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
- Strong organizational skills
