Position Overview

The Trainee Engineer will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless material management to support production and sales. This includes inventory optimization, supplier collaboration, and process improvements, all within a dynamic healthcare manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage material ordering, availability, and scheduling, maintaining optimal inventory levels.
Serve as a subject matter expert for Oracle and Digital Cockpit systems to ensure systemic accuracy.
Reschedule materials for pull-ins (expedites) and push-outs (inventory control).
Conduct root cause analysis for daily shortages and resolve production issues efficiently.
Collaborate with suppliers to address packaging, replenishment planning, and problem-solving needs.
Perform daily investigations of material receiving issues through floor and dock reviews.
Support material transfers, supplier reviews, and manage Phase-In/Phase-Out (NPI) processes to minimize obsolete material.

Soft Skills Required:

Proficiency in MRP, Oracle, or SAP systems is an added advantage.
Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering, CS/IT
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are eligible.
Strong commitment to quality and collaboration in a diverse work environment.
