Required Skills
- Strong communication skills

Job Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues via phone, email, and chat
- Route complex problems to internal IT teams for further troubleshooting
- Manage relationships with vendors and support staff for issue resolution
- Administer user accounts and manage provisioning
- Maintain detailed documentation of incidents and resolutions using the Incident Management System
- Provide Level 1 remote desktop support following standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Identify and prioritize customer problems and complaints efficiently
- Perform routine IT maintenance and updates
- Participate in training and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Conduct access reviews for users, suppliers, and privileged accounts
