Infor is hiring passionate and motivated Software Engineer Associates (Junior Developers) to join the Infor OS (Operating Service) team. Infor OS is a powerful cloud platform delivering horizontal technology services across Infor’s cloud suites.
You will be part of a fast-paced, Agile team working with developers, architects, analysts, and product owners to build world-class cloud software solutions. This role offers the perfect opportunity for freshers who are eager to learn, solve complex problems, and grow in a global tech environment.
Role and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Agile teams to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
Develop new features, modules, and enhancements ensuring high-quality standards.
Solve complex technical challenges and provide innovative solutions.
Participate in unit, integration, and performance testing.
Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and coding standards.
Continuously learn and share knowledge within the team.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and development workflows.

Qualifications
- Strong programming knowledge in Java and Node.js.
Experience with NoSQL and PostgreSQL databases.
Familiarity with UI development and microservices architecture.
Hands-on experience with AWS services (API Gateway, Lambda, ECS, VPC, CloudFormation, etc.).
Knowledge of CI/CD tools like GitHub/GitLab pipelines.
Experience with Ant, Maven, SonarQube or similar tools.
Good understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and unit testing.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
🎓 Education & Eligibility
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
