Key job responsibilities
Develop and deliver technology services in managed service projects.
Assist in software architecture design, implementation, client deployment, and training.
Provide support for service requests using incident management tools (e.g., CSM).
Participate in defining system specifications and project design frameworks.
Handle requests for change (RFC) and escalate unresolved issues to the next support level.
Engage in project coordination involving client communication and scheduling.
Ensure deliverables align with quality standards and require minimal revisions.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Equivalent experience in a similar role is acceptable.
Technical Experience:

- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, C#, Python).
- Basic understanding of incident & change management tools.
- Familiarity with healthcare IT systems is a bonus.
