Key Responsibilities
- As an Application Engineer (Java Developer), you will be responsible for:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining Java applications using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate/JPA.
- Building and integrating RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Writing clean, maintainable, and testable code while adhering to coding standards.
- Conducting code quality analysis and implementing improvements using SonarQube.
- Deploying, monitoring, and maintaining applications on AWS Cloud (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.).
- Collaborating with QA, DevOps, and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient CI/CD pipelines.
- Debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing application performance in production.
- Participating actively in Agile ceremonies like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 0–3 years in software development or Java-based application engineering.
- Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate/JPA.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs and microservice architectures.
- Basic knowledge of AWS Cloud Services (EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3).
- Familiarity with SonarQube, CI/CD pipelines, and Git version control.
