Experience:
At least 1 year of hands-on software engineering experience in backend development and cloud-native tools
Must-Have Skills:
Java and Python for backend development
RESTful API design and integration
Kubernetes & Docker for containerization and orchestration
CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, Jenkins
Cloud deployment experience (AWS/GCP/Azure)
Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana for monitoring
SQL and MongoDB for database handling

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and scale backend microservices using Java & Python
Build and integrate REST APIs across systems
Write unit tests and debug issues to ensure reliability
Create and manage Kubernetes manifests (YAML files)
Implement auto-scaling, load balancing, and ensure fault tolerance
Set up and monitor CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
Automate workflows, manage secrets, and troubleshoot pipeline issues
Deploy containerized applications to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
Collaborate with cross-functional teams – QA, DevOps, Product – for seamless delivery
Mentor junior engineers and enforce coding standards & best practices
