Key Responsibilities
Develop, debug, and optimize WLAN features and functionalities
Troubleshoot issues using tools such as Wireshark, OmniPeek, and other analyzers
Contribute to the development and testing of WLAN 802.11 standards including a/b/g/n/ac/ax
Collaborate with hardware teams to ensure smooth protocol implementation
Work on networking security features like WPA2, WPA3, WPS, and 802.1x authentication
Handle WiFi Direct, Miracast, WMM, and similar technologies
Participate in code reviews and performance optimization

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems
- 0–2 years of relevant experience (Not open for 2025 pass-outs)
- Strong understanding of WLAN protocols and WiFi networking
- Experience with debugging tools (OmniPeek, Wireshark, etc.)
- Knowledge of WiFi 6/6E/7 standards is a strong plus
- Strong proficiency in Python or similar programming languages
- Familiarity with wireless test setups and validation processes
