Job Overview – Junior Analysts
Razorpay is hiring Junior Analysts in Risk Management to monitor transactions, detect fraud, and ensure secure payment operations.
In this role, candidates will work closely with internal teams, banks, and customers to identify suspicious activities, handle disputes, and improve risk management processes. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to build a career in fintech, fraud analysis, and risk operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor transactions and identify fraud or risk activities
- Handle customer disputes and transaction-related issues
- Work with partner banks and cybercell for chargeback resolution
- Communicate with merchants/customers to resolve queries
- Improve processes to reduce financial risks and fraud
- Identify suspicious patterns and anomalies in transactions

Bachelor’s Degree (Any Discipline)
