Role Overview
As a Software Developer, you’ll play a vital role in designing and implementing advanced software solutions within Siemens’ Foundational Technologies team. This role requires strong experience in C# and .NET development for Windows applications, with the opportunity to contribute to large-scale projects that impact industries and cities globally.

Responsibilities
- Software Design & Development: Create software solutions based on requirements within the architectural guidelines.
- Requirements Analysis: Define software specifications, perform feasibility analysis, and estimate effort for software tasks.
- Code Implementation: Translate architecture into design and code, ensuring accuracy and consistency with design principles.
- Scrum Guidance: Assist Scrum team members on design topics and ensure implementation aligns with the intended architecture.
- Test Automation: Lead the team in designing and implementing test automation strategies.
Requirements
Technical Skills:
- Strong experience in C# for Windows application development (3-5 years).
- Knowledge of object-oriented design, programming, and design patterns.
- Expertise in .NET (C# .NET, Entity Framework, ADO.NET, ASP.NET, MVVM, MVC).
- Proficient in Web APIs/Node.js, SQL/NoSQL databases, JavaScript, TypeScript, AngularJS, and ReactJS.
- Experience deploying solutions on cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Knowledge of unit testing frameworks and DevOps practices.
- C++ development experience is advantageous.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams.
