Key Responsibilities
As a Data Analyst, you will:
Perform high-quality financial and non-financial data collation, analysis, and extraction from various sources.
Enter and validate data in our internal tools as per specific guidelines.
Develop a strong understanding of global datasets and workflows.
Utilize secondary research sources like annual reports, regulatory filings, and industry journals.
Contribute ideas for process improvements and new data collection methods.
Troubleshoot issues and help enhance team workflows for greater accuracy and efficiency.
Deliver on individual and team targets with a focus on quality and excellence.
What We Are Looking For (Qualifications):
- Education: Post-Graduate / MBA in Finance as a major specialization from the 2025 passing out batch.
Financial Acumen: Strong knowledge of corporate finance and accountancy, including the ability to read and interpret financial statements and annual reports.
Research Skills: Proficiency in thematic online research using secondary sources.
Technical Skills: Certification or working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative, analytical, and interpretive skills.
Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work in a 24/5 environment on rotational shifts (including night shifts), supporting global operations.
