As an SDET, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the platform’s reliability and functionality, directly impacting thousands of restaurant partners and millions of users.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform functional testing of mobile applications (Android/iOS) for seamless performance.
- Conduct API testing using tools like Postman to validate backend processes.
- Develop comprehensive test plans and cases to ensure robust coverage.
- Utilize tools like JIRA, Charles Proxy, and Postman for testing workflows.
- Demonstrate understanding of SDLC, STLC, and software testing methodologies.
- Manage the defect lifecycle, assessing severity and priority effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate and execute test cases.
- Ensure attention to detail in multi-platform testing scenarios.
Requirements
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of testing principles, methodologies, and object-oriented programming.
- Proficiency in tools such as Selenium, Appium, and API testing tools like Postman.
- Experience with Java, Selenium, or Appium is highly advantageous.
- Knowledge of HTTP, REST concepts, and cloud-based testing tools like LambdaTest and BrowserStack.
