- MBA in Human Resources
Masters in Human Resource Management
Master of Arts in Human Resource
Masters of Social Work in HRM
Masters of Management Studies in HRM
Masters of Labour Studies (HRM/Labour Welfare/Industrial Relations/Labour Law)
Post Graduate Diploma in HRM / Post Graduate Program in HRM or equivalent
Academic Performance:
Minimum 60% aggregate (all subjects in all semesters) in 10th, 12th, Diploma (if applicable), Graduation, and Post-Graduation.
No active backlogs or arrears allowed.
- Education Gaps:
Any academic gap must not exceed 24 months.
Candidates must provide valid documentation for education gaps.
- Course Type:
Only full-time courses will be considered (Part-time and Correspondence courses are not eligible).
Candidates who completed NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) for 10th/12th are eligible, provided they completed Graduation and Post-Graduation in full-time mode.
- Work Experience:
Candidates with 0-2 years of work experience are eligible.
Work experience must be declared in the TCS application form, and supporting documents must be provided.
Candidates with prior recruitment experience will be preferred.
