Skypoint Off Campus Drive Hiring Intern – Frontend Development
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following academic qualifications:
- Minimum Academic Scores:
- 10th/SSC: 65% or equivalent
- 12th/HSC/Diploma: 65% or equivalent
- Graduation/Post-Graduation: 65% or 6.5 CGPA (no rounding allowed)
- Eligible Courses:
- BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, E&C, E&TC, Telecom, Communications, or Electronics.
- MCA/M.Sc. in Computer Science or IT.
- Graduation Year: Must have completed the course in 2024 without any backlogs.
Important Guidelines
- Academic Gaps:
- Maximum one-year gap allowed after SSC.
- No gaps allowed during graduation or post-graduation.
- Course Recognition:
- Qualifications must be obtained from UGC/AICTE-approved institutions through regular full-time programs.
- Eligibility Exceptions:
- ME/M.Tech candidates are not eligible.
- Candidates who have appeared for Tech Mahindra recruitment drives in the past six months are not eligible to apply.
Selection Process
Tech Mahindra follows a rigorous and transparent selection process:
- Online Assessment (128 minutes):
- Aptitude Test: Logical reasoning, quantitative ability, and verbal ability (48 minutes).
- Written Communication Test: Essay writing (20 minutes).
- Programming Test: Two coding problems (60 minutes). Candidates may use Java, C, C++, or Python.
- Business Discussion Round: Interaction with the project team to assess technical and functional suitability.
- HR Discussion: Final round to evaluate overall fit for the organization.
Instructions for Applicants
- Ensure that academic percentages are entered correctly (convert CGPA to percentage if required).
- Use only valid personal and academic details during registration, as they cannot be amended later.
- Upon successful registration, you will receive a Registration ID and PIN. Retain these for future correspondence.
- Candidates must arrange for a No Objection Certificate (NOC) if currently employed.
