Responsibilities

Core Tasks:

• Perform mechanical design tasks under mentor guidance.
• Design and analyze systems using advanced software tools.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to execute assigned projects.

Key Project Streams:

1. Subsystem Design & Analysis:
   • Mechanical structures, IC engines, cooling, and ventilation systems.
   • Stress analysis, thermo-mechanical design, and vehicle dynamics.
2. Performance Optimization:
   • Enhance engine performance for fuel consumption and emission control.
   • Develop hybrid power systems and mechatronics designs.
3. Tool Utilization:
   • Leverage design tools like ANSYS, GT Power, ADAMS, and in-house testing labs.
   • Perform product validation and root cause analysis.
4. Manufacturing Principles:
   • Apply concepts of DFMAS, DFR, and DFSS to ensure efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related fields.

Technical Specializations:

• Strong background in Structures, Dynamics, Thermal Systems, Material Science, or IC Engines.
• Familiarity with design and simulation tools like ANSYS, ADAMS, and Fluent.
