Qualifications and Eligibility

Educational Requirements:

• Degree: B.E./B.Tech (Computer Science, IT, Circuital branches)
• Year of Graduation: 2025

Educational Criteria:

• Minimum 60% in 10th and 12th standards.
• 6.0 CGPA or 60% in graduation.
• One backlog allowed at the time of assessment (must be cleared by the 8th semester).
• Maximum 3 years of gap in education between 10th and the start of graduation.
• Graduation should be completed within 4 years for B.E./B.Tech.
• Open school/distance education allowed for 10th and 12th standards only.
• No part-time, correspondence, or distance learning for graduation.

Selection Process

1. Registration: Register through Wipro’s official website by filling in the required details.
2. Online Assessment: This consists of three segments:
   • Aptitude Test: Tests verbal, quantitative, and logical reasoning skills.
   • Coding: Languages allowed—C, C++, Java, Python.
   • Written Communication: A test to evaluate written skills.
3. Voice Assessment Round: Candidates who clear the previous stages will be invited for a voice-based assessment.
4. Business Discussion: Those passing the voice assessment will be asked to participate in a business discussion round.
5. Letter of Intent (LOI): Successful candidates will receive a Letter of Intent confirming their selection.
6. Pre-Skilling Training: Candidates will be given an in-depth learning journey to prepare for the role.
7. Offer Letter: Congratulations! If you pass all rounds, you’ll receive an offer letter to join Wipro.
