Position Overview
Deloitte Off Campus Recruitment 2024 is Junior Associate role is a foundational position in Deloitte’s Service Desk team, ideal for individuals with 6 to 18 months of experience. As an integral part of the team, you’ll handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless service delivery across multiple communication channels.
This role emphasizes client interaction, technical problem-solving, and adaptability in a 24×7 operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and web tickets.
- Troubleshoot and resolve service requests within defined scopes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and service requests.
- Stay updated on system outages and knowledge base updates.
- Communicate effectively with global customers across Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure SLA adherence and high-quality service.
- Work in a rotational shift schedule to support 24×7 operations.
Qualifications & Attributes
Experience:
- 6–18 months of experience in service desk or related IT support roles.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic troubleshooting abilities to address and resolve customer issues.
Soft Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Team-oriented mindset and openness to knowledge sharing.
- Flexibility to work in different shifts and time zones.
Educational Requirements:
- Non-engineering graduate (e.g., BSc IT, BCA, or equivalent qualifications).
